Nuthurst Grange Wedding Photography
Many a time I have darkened the door of Nuthurst Grange in Warwick, Warwickshire and every time I am there, it is always for an incredibly fun wedding. As a venue, it is luxurious and contemporary whilst still holding onto it’s tradiontal roots, all surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens. For my last wedding of 2019 before a well-deserved break, I was there for Nikki & Jon and this is one of those weddings that is a photographer’s dream.
We caught up with the Nikki and the girls getting ready for the wedding in the Hen House at Nuthurst Grange just in time to see the bubbly being cracked open while they were listening to some tunes that I can easily imagine being part of a Marbella Hen Party Playlist. Loud voices, laughing and very much a party atmosphere filled the Hen House and that was a theme that continued throughout the day.
Across the way in the main hotel though, it was much quieter. After opening a couple of gifts from Nikki to celebrate their big day, I photographed Jon and the boys (along with Mom) getting themselves ready and, it must be said, their attire entailed some incredibly snazzy wedding suits! When I got all the photography I needed from the Groomsman, I made my way back into the Hen House just in time for Nikki’s Dad to arrive. Photographing the first look from the Father Of The Bride is always a bit of a tear jerker and this one was no different.
After a beautiful ceremony in the Barn, Mat James covered all the formal photos while I had a lot of fun partaking in some documentary style wedding photography and also capturing the incredibly talented Christian Fletcher as he wowed guests with one of the best magic acts in the business.
After the speeches, which included Jon sharing a tender kiss with his best man, it was time to party. Paul from Blue Diamond Entertainment was on hand to get the party going and as you can see from the photos of the wedding below, he did that better than most DJs!
It was incredibly fun spending the day with Nikki, Jon and all their guests, so a massive thanks needs to go to Mat James Photography for inviting me to tag along. Below are just some of my favourite photos from the wedding and to go alongside them, one of my customary slideshows. While I am sure that you may get frowned upon if you decide to crank the slideshow up at work, I still actively encourage it and if you’re looking for a photographer for your wedding at Nuthurst Grange in Warwick, Warwickshire, then drop me a message to see if I am available.
